Shopify or WooCommerce: which should I choose?
Shopify is the simplest to run, with hosting and security included in a monthly plan. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, gives you more control, and you pay for your own hosting. We recommend one after discovery and explain why in writing.
Can you take over or fix my existing store?
Yes. We support existing Shopify and WooCommerce stores, whoever built them, after a quick review of the setup.
Can you move my store to Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes. Moving products, customers, and orders from another platform is quoted after we see your current store and its size.
Who adds the products?
Your package includes uploading an agreed number of products. You supply the photos and details, or we can quote for writing them.
Are platform and payment fees included?
No. Shopify plans, hosting, paid apps, and payment fees are paid to those companies directly. We help you choose what you actually need, so you don't pay for extras.
Which payment gateways can I use?
It depends on your country and your type of business. Not every provider accepts every merchant, so we check which gateways are available to you, and what they charge, before we build your checkout.
